Mount Felix Manor, circa 1830's, is located at the confluence of the Susquehanna River and the Chesapeake Bay. The views and scenery are some of the most beautiful along the Eastern Seaboard with sunrises and full moons rivaling the most spectacular in the world.

Mount Felix Manor, circa 1830's, is approximately 7700 Square feet of hardwood floor living area. Each room has large a number of expansive windows and combine to feature eleven fireplaces. The home is crowned with a rooftop terrace.
The Villa at Mount Felix Manor is a private guesthouse, Bed & Breakfast, of approximately 2000 square feet. The Villa is available for both short and long-term occupancy and features two fireplaces, king sized beds, kitchen, dining room, private gardens, and spectacular views.
School of Wine at Mount Felix Manor is quite unique in that it provides members the opportunity to craft your own blends of premium wine utilizing our critical path method of production. Members bottle their own wine with unique customized labels.
The Vineyard at Swan Harbor is also in Havre de Grace, and was first planted in 1797 by John Adlum. The wine produced from his grapes so impressed his close personal friend, Thomas Jefferson, that 165 cuttings of Adlum's grapes were planted at Jefferson's estate at Monticello.
